After-sales service during warranty period, during shipbuilding and after commissioning
As we are wholly entrusted with the after-sales service for the products that have been delivered to you by Terasaki Electric Co., we offer maintenance services for those products. We quickly take remedial actions for troubles that may occur during the warranty period (or one year if not specified) during shipbuilding or after commissioning. The requirements and improvement requests we hear from customers will be forwarded to Terasaki Electric Co., for quality and technological improvements. After the warranty period, Teratec's service team for commissioned vessels will directly get involved in the maintenance services.
