At Teratec, we are very conscious of the fact that the quality of the lifecycle support and engineering services we provide is assured by “people”, therefore developing the skills of every employee on our workforce is central to improving customer satisfaction and doing our share to make life safe and secure. We are additionally concerned and proactive about work safety and health, and our impact on the environment. In particular, by keeping our customers’ equipment and systems running safely and stably over their full lifecycle, we are in essence contributing to the effective use of resources.
ISO14001 and ISO9001 certifications acquired to strengthen our environmental and quality management
Teratec has acquired ISO14001 certification in environmental management systems and ISO9001 certification in quality management systems. (Scope: Head Office, Akashi Office, Takasaki Office, Tokyo Office and Kyushu Office)
